NIT Rourkela introduces a new BTech program in Artificial Intelligence, with admissions through JoSAA and CSAB registration. The last date for registration and choice locking is June 18.

The National Institute of Technology, Rourkela (NIT Rourkela) has introduced a new BTech program in Artificial Intelligence, offered by the computer science and engineering department. This four-year program is designed to equip students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to excel in the field of artificial intelligence.

Admissions to this program will be through the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) and CSAB registration. Interested candidates can register themselves on the official website of JoSAA - josaa.nic.in. Candidates are required to keep their JEE Main 2024 application number and password handy to access the JoSAA counselling portal.

The last date for registration and choice locking of JoSAA counselling is June 18 till 5 pm. The JoSAA seat allocation results for round 1 will be declared on June 20, 10 am. Additionally, the first seat allotment result will be declared on June 15 at 8 pm and the second round of seat allotment results will be released on June 17. The second, third, fourth and fifth round results of JoSAA counselling will be released on June 27, July 4, July 10, and July 17 respectively.
