Key Responsibilities - Desk-Based Research Conduct research to support AI projects, quickly understanding and adapting to the domain-specific terminology in a fast-paced environment.- Stakeholder Management Maintain records of key stakeholders and external bodies, fostering strong working relationships to advance our AI initiatives.- Project Coordination Take on and manage allocated project work, implementing agreed ideas, initiatives, and processes with flexibility.- Prioritization Manage competing demands to ensure that workplans are completed on time, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.- Administrative Support Provide advanced administrative and customer-facing skills, including arranging meetings, developing relationships with key stakeholders, maintaining team documentation, and coordinating AI-related events.


Requirements - Advanced Administrative Skills Highly experienced in administrative, project, and team support tasks.- Project Management Proven ability to coordinate and manage projects efficiently.- Domain Understanding Capacity to rapidly absorb and understand new, complex information, particularly in the field of AI and technology.- Interest in AI A demonstrable interest in AI or technology, with a passion for innovation.- Collaborative Workstyle Service-focused and able to build and sustain effective relationships with diverse colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.- Meeting Minutes Ability to take clear, concise, and accurate minutes on complex subjects.
